We collect the following data to provide our services:

• Identification data: name, email, company
• Platform usage data (access logs, activity)
• Billing data (processed securely via Stripe)
• Project data voluntarily entered by the user

Your data is processed to:

• Provide and improve Buildyn services
• Account management and authentication
• Payment processing and billing
• Service-related communications (updates, alerts)
• Compliance with legal obligations

Processing is based on the performance of the service contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where applicable, on your explicit consent.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with subcontractors strictly necessary for service delivery (infrastructure, payments, email), all with adequate data protection guarantees.

Data is retained for as long as you maintain an active Buildyn account. After account closure, data is deleted within 90 days, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies.

We reserve the right to update this policy. Users will be notified by email of any material changes. The last update date is shown at the top of this document.
