Terms of Service

By creating an account and using Buildyn, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the service.

Buildyn is a SaaS platform for construction project management, enabling you to manage projects, tasks, documents, payments, team and reports in a centralized way.

The service is provided on a subscription basis, with plans available at buildyn.pro/pricing.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities performed with your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@buildyn.pro.

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually depending on the chosen plan.
• No refunds are issued for partially used periods.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Prices may be updated with 30 days' prior notice.

When using Buildyn, you agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to access data belonging to other organizations
• Reverse-engineer or copy the software
• Intentionally overload the platform's infrastructure

The data you enter into the platform (projects, documents, etc.) is and remains your property. Buildyn makes no claim over the content you create.

We aim to maintain 99.5% monthly uptime. Maintenance windows may occur, scheduled outside peak hours wherever possible and with prior notice.

Buildyn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 3 months preceding the event.

You may cancel your account at any time via settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, following notice.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
